FCCU (Fluid Catalytic Cracking Units)
The FCCU expansion joint is one of the most
critical and complex types of expansion joints in industry. These expansion
joints are subject to extreme temperatures, movements, and in contact
with aggressive media. Both Hot, and Cold Wall, and Unlined styles are
common, but based on the user preference and application. FCCU Expansion
Joints are available in configurations such as Pressure Balanced, Hinged,
Gimballed, and Tied Universal. Materials are based on application,
but 625LCF (Low Cycle Fatigue) is becoming a preferred choice for most
FCCU applications. Certifications and test documentation are available
on request at point of inquiry.
